Carlos Ingram (KB5YEG)gave me a 4element 6 meter beam.

Before and after assembly.

Mounting brackets and Gamma match.

Move the 5/8 wave 2 meter antenna from the Lean-to to a new position.

Take down the full wave 6 meter Quad loop as it might cause interference.

Mount the 4 element 6 meter beam where the 2 meter vertical antenna was.
Height of the 6 meter beam is 8'10" above the ground. The beam has a compass heading of
60 degrees or NEE. I hope to add a rotater later but this will have to do for now.

Now! let's chart the antenna.

Using the recommended Gamma match spacing of 12.5" I charted a 1.0:1 SWR From
50.000Mhz through 51.150Mhz. At 52.3Mhz It reached a 1.8:1 SWR. Really FB.
