I have found that I enjoy the building aspects of ham radio just about more than any thing else.
Either "ugly" or "manhattan" construction. That is what I prefer to do. Even more than on the air
operating. QRP and QRPp equipment is what I like. To me that means building what ever is needed
if at all possible. From RF probes to circuits. If you can obtain a schematic and maybe a BOM you
have everything that is needed.
